2010 is here

So, it's been a while since I posted. Not a whole lot new I don't think. This last month I ran 44 miles again, but as far as losing weight.... let's just say "the holidays were delicious." At least I had lost weight BEFORE the holidays so the few lbs. I did gain were virtually guilt free.

The holidays were great, we had tons of fun with the kids and ended up celebrating Christmas three times! One a couple days earlier as a family with the kids and Uncle Mark and Aunt Shantay were with us. Santa came early for us this year because Kellie and Ryan were not going to be with us on the 25th. That was nice of him! Of course the kids made out like little bandits and it was sure fun to have Uncle Mark and Aunt Shantay with us, too. That was great! Then we had Christmas dinner with The Dodge's over at Shayla's house for a super yummy feast and fun conversation with the family! Then on the 26th we had Christmas dinner with my parents and brother's family at my moms and that was super fun and delicious, too! Great family times and fun memories. :)

New Year's was fun. We had banana splits with the Dodge's and that was yet another delicious time to hang out and visit. :) We ended up watching the ball drop on TV at 9:00 and had Kellie come in and watch it with us, but the boys were already in bed.

Eric's done coaching now, but is enjoying being able to go and announce the wrestling tournaments for the high school guys. He's so good at that.

The most exciting thing to me currently is that Joshua is now 17 months old and counting! That means NURSERY here in a few short weeks. For those of you who don't know what I am talking about, it means that when he is 18 months old, Joshua can go to nursery at church instead of having to hang out with mom and dad the whole time. He is FAR to grown up and restless and playful to sit still and hang out with boring old us. The YW will miss having him in class, but I think the overall level of "focus" will increase. He is quite cute and distracting. :) He has gone in to nursery a few times already for a quick visit and he LOVES it. Big Brother Marky is in there too, plus several other kiddos and lots of toys and fun nursery teachers, so he will have so much fun! Woo hoo! 3 more weekends to go! :)

Well, that's about all for now..... not too exciting. :)

Not too exciting? Whatever, nursery is fantastic! Now that Damen's in Sunbeams (and hates it) I long for those exciting nursery days!
